We went out for a solicitation for the school board and we actually got it. We stretched into the medical field and bumped into a medical contract worth millions of dollars. The federal government was very much a game changer for us when we partnered with an 8(a) certified company that led us to partner and have an extremely lucrative contract with the U.S. Navy.

Alpha1 Staffing was founded in 2007 with the goal of assisting clients with solving workforce management challenges. The firm was able to thrive by staffing clerical and light industrial positions for several municipalities in south Florida. The agency earned the largest staffing contract ever awarded to an African American-owned firm by Miami-Dade County in 2011. In partnership with national crisis management firms, Alpha1 staffed recovery projects that helped to restore the state of Florida and the Carolinas following hurricanes Irma and Michael. Alpha1’s goal is to employ members of the affected communities to promote recovery and economic revitalization.
Most recently, Alpha1 provided hospitality staff for Super Bowl LIV in Miami, FL.
