Founded by Dr. Nelson Adams, the medical practice is an OB/GYN specialty focusing on women’s health, caring for the female reproductive system and delivering babies. Nelson L. Adams, M.D.,  who serves as chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Jackson North Medical Center, is committed to eliminating racial and ethnic inequality in health. He is the chairman of the board of the Sunshine State Health Plan, trustee emeritus at Barry University and a member of the Orange Bowl Committee.
