Southern comfort food is sometimes hard to find in South Florida, but West Palm Beach’s Bay Bay’s Chicken & Waffles has solved that problem. Open since September 2012, the restaurant goes through a 12-step process to prepare its signature fried chicken passed down from a family recipe. Paired with red velvet waffles, it’s no wonder why Bay Bay’s has grown to three locations in just a few short years.

The menu has all of the Southern comfort food to feast off of to your heart’s content. With a menu mostly priced at under $10, you have a choice of another fajita subs made with chicken, lobster fettuccine, roasted pepper shrimp pasta, fried catfish and grits, and more. There’s also a gourmet waffle menu with flavors like Apple Cinnamon Waffle, Peanut Butter & Jelly Waffle, Cream Cheese and Bacon Waffle, Apple Smoked Bacon Waffle, Hot Donut Waffle, and the Red Velvet Pecan Waffle.
